According to Complex, Diddy's legal team is taking action to dismiss one of his many sexual assault cases against him. Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit against Diddy in November claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991. In the lawsuit, it alleges that Diddy recorded the assault and a male friend of the accuser admitted to watching the tape with others.
Filed in the New York Court on April 26th, Diddy's legal team claims that because the laws were not in effect at the time of the assault, the suit should be dismissed.
