According to TMZ, Diddy has sold all his shares to an anonymous buyer but remains black-owned. Combs is no longer associated with his 2013 company, Revolt TV. It is said that the new buyer is interested in keeping the culture alive and will be soft launching to the public of the new owner.

Combs stepped down as Chairman back in November, the CEO Detavio Samuels and Chief Brand Officer Deon Graham will keep their positions at Revolt. Sources told TMZ that everything will remain the same, the only difference is Combs stepping down. The company is now in a transitional period.
